Emma graduated from Southern Cross University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws. In 2019 she completed her Master of Laws from the University of Queensland. Emma was admitted to practice in NSW and the High Court in 2013. She is also admitted to practice in QLD. Emma started her legal career with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services. In 2018 she became a lawyer with J Tax Legal Solutions as a general lawyer. Emma has volunteered at the Environmental Defenders Office and currently volunteers for Suncoast Community Legal Service and sits on the ethics committee at Sunshine Coast University. Emma has a particular interest and experience in property law. Adding to her qualifications, Emma also has a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Naturopathy from Southern Cross University. Emma has run her own business and can provide clients with not only legal but practical commercial advice. Emma lives in Doonan with her family.
