How We Charge 

Our hourly rates are $300 for a Principal, $200 for a solicitor and $50 for a paralegal.

Wherever possible, we offer our clients fixed fee pricing.

Our fixed fee arrangements include:

• $1000 plus GST for a residential purchase

• $800 plus GST for a residential sale

• $400 plus GST for a REIQ contract review

• $2,500 plus GST for a business sale

• $600 plus GST for a single will, $800 plus GST for a couple will

• $1,000 plus GST for a couple will and EPOA

• $800 plus GST for an employment contract/contractor agreement.

 

Wherever possible, we will provide a set quote prior to commencing work and keep you regularly updated as to fees
