

Nicole graduated from Griffith University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Law (honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Nicole completed a graduate program at a renown top-tier firm in Brisbane CBD and was admitted to practice in QLD and the High Court in December 2009. Following her graduate program, Nicole spent three years working in insurance litigation at Crown Law. Nicole then relocated to the Sunshine Coast and worked for 5 years in the litigation department and then as an associate at Miller Sockhill Lawyers. In 2018 Nicole became the legal practice director of J Tax Legal Solutions, providing predominately in-house advice to the accounting franchise. In 2019 Nicole commenced Niche Law. Nicole provides clients with advice on compliance and risk minimisation. Nicole has particular interest and experience in litigation and dispute resolution, workplace law, personal injuries and estate litigation. Nicole volunteers at the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Centre in Landsborough. Nicole lives in Glasshouse Mountains with her husband and three young children.
